Position – Role required

IMS Giotto Spa is looking for an Application Specialist Junior responsible for the training and support of new or existing customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Training physicians and radiologists in the use of mammographs and stereotactic biopsy systems
• Organize training sessions directly with the customer
• Attending Congresses and Workshops in Italy and abroad
• Present IMS Giotto technology to future potential customers, supporting area agents or business colleagues
• Collaborate in the drafting and translation of user manuals, quick guides
• Collaborate in the preparation of technical documentation necessary for the participation of tenders
• Collaborate with the marketing department for the drafting/revision of brochures, commercial presentations
• Report to your team any business opportunities that may arise, customer satisfaction feedback and any news from the world of competition
• Collaborate with colleagues to support them in data collection for possible clinical trials

Experience and Skills

 Ideal candidate

• Biomedical Engineer, possibly Radiology Technician
• Availability to travel, 70-80% in italy, possibility of travel abroad
• Experience: recent graduate or with minimal experience as an application specialist

Language skills:

Italian and English fluent, appreciated the knowledge of French
